First Call Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse case manager to plan, organize and direct hospice care across the Greater Sacramento Area, including Roseville, Davis, Elk Grove, and El Dorado Hills.
The RN will build plans with patients and families, coordinate home-based services, and ensure quality palliative care. A CA RN license and CPR certification are required; hospice experience is preferred, with a supportive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.
