Role: Telephonic Case Manager
Responsibilities- Develop case management strategies to support injured workers' medical recovery and return to work.
- Coordinate communication among injured workers, employers, and medical providers to ensure quality care. Advocate for clients throughout the recovery process.
- Unrestricted RN license in the U.S., preferably with a BSN.
- May possess case management certification.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and coordination abilities to facilitate effective case management and ensure optimal outcomes for injured workers.
