Beacon Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Goodlettsville, TN. The RN will provide and direct home-based nursing care, coordinate plans of care with physicians and families, and ensure compliance with regulations from admit to discharge.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of RN experience, an active RN license, CPR certification, and a reliable means of transportation to serve multiple patient residences daily within the assigned geographic area.
