Thyme Care is seeking a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator to serve our members diagnosed with cancer. You will conduct clinical assessments, coordinate care, and educate members and caregivers over the phone to support high-acuity patients.
You will report to the RN Care Team Lead and work in a remote or hybrid setting based in Nashville. A strong clinical focus and cultural competence are essential for success.
