Job Summary

The University of Michigan Department of Internal Medicine is seeking candidates for a Clinical Lecturer position (Non-ACGME Trainee) in the Division of Nephrology. This advanced training opportunity is designed for physicians who have completed nephrology training and wish to further develop their clinical, academic, and professional expertise in a specialized area of nephrology. The candidate will work closely with faculty and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic clinical environment, with opportunities for patient care, scholarly activity, and career development.

Required Qualifications *

The ideal candidate should have an M.D. degree, postgraduate clinical training, and experience in the area of nephrology. They should hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the state of Michigan. Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with other researchers. Excellent communication skills are essential. Evidence of clinical competence and competence in clinical and didactic teaching is expected.
