North Memorial Health is hiring for the Care Access Nurse Line role. The RN will coordinate care for patients via telephonic nursing protocols, triage to determine urgency, and support education and communication across North Memorial Health programs.
The position requires RN licensure in Minnesota, 3+ years of hospital/clinic experience, and proficiency with EPIC EHR. Remote work is available to MN/WI residents with a day/evening/night shift pattern.
