The Care Team Home Health & Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse for after-hours coverage in Mt Pleasant, MI. You will provide skilled nursing, symptom management, and crisis intervention to hospice patients at home or in facilities, mainly during evenings, weekends, and after hours.
This full-time, rotating 7 on/7 off role offers a 4:00 PM–8:30 AM schedule and is mostly remote with field support as needed.
