Interim Health Care Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, home-based end-of-life care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to carry out the patient’s plan of care, monitor vitals, administer medications and ensure equipment and supplies are available in the patient’s home.
The role requires an active Michigan RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience; community health experience is preferred.
