Hospice of Western & Central Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager to serve Berkshire County, home-based and in the community. The role offers hourly pay and weekly payroll, with an on-the-road requirement and reliable transportation.
The RN will assess and plan patient-centered hospice care, coordinate with families and healthcare teams, and guide treatment plans within the nursing process. A Massachusetts RN license and CPR are required.
