Harmony Cares is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide home-based primary care to high-acuity patients in their homes, Monday through Friday. The role includes support from an assistant in select markets and may include a company car with driver in some locations.
Qualified candidates will be licensed NP in the state, with DEA eligibility, CPR/BLS, and board certification. Geriatric experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.
