- Baltimore/Carroll is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home care team in Towson, MD. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by delivering personalized, one-on-one care right in the comfort of their homes. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions in the home setting

Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members

Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety

Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills

Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation

CPR/BLS certification required

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
