Job Overview

This ARNP part time role provides an exceptional opportunity to combine clinical care with modern aesthetic and preventive wellness practices. This role will oversee services that align with the company's mission of integrated, technology-enabled wellness and preventive health. This position focuses on providing high-quality care, educational guidance, protocols validation along with GFE for aesthetic services in an advanced technology wellness center.

It's an excellent opportunity to also build your own practice while supporting the wellness center part time.

• Perform Good Faith Exams
• Conduct health and aesthetic evaluations for clients, integrating wellness testing
• Review and oversee individualized care and treatment plans focusing on preventive health, longevity, and aesthetic outcomes.
• Oversee non-invasive aesthetic procedures (Laser Hair, Dual RF body contouring, etc)
• Review and consult laboratory, imaging, and device data to provide actionable recommendations within the NP scope.
• Ensure compliance with state medical and safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date protocols and records within the clinic’s EHR system.
• Review and sign off on pre- and post-treatment care, safety protocols, and holistic lifestyle improvements to enhance outcomes.
• Participate in continuous learning and team training related to new technologies, treatments, and evidence-based wellness protocols.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Washington (ARNP).
• Desired Experience – 5 years of clinical experience, 2 years in aesthetics, wellness, or preventive medicine preferred.
• Basic understanding of preventive health, integrative medicine, and aesthetic treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and modern diagnostic devices preferred.

Part-time position (approximately 2 days per week, W2 employee) with scope to grow into full-time position with benefits. Also open to partnership to building your own practice in the wellness clinic.

• Salary – hourly rate $70-85 per hour based on experience and certifications. Eligible for performance-based bonus where applicable.
