Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate home-based nursing care across our Colorado service area. The LPN will operate under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to implement the patient care plan and document care provided in the chart.
Qualified candidates hold an active LPN license, CPR certification, and are able to travel to patient homes. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
