Chen Med’s Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Telehealth, PRN role delivers diagnostic care to geriatric patients primarily through virtual visits. The APP assesses, documents, and plans care; serves as after-hours dispositional authority and provides coverage for weekends and PTO.
This position requires travel up to 10% for local meetings and training. Qualified candidates hold a BSN with APRN certification and a Master’s in Nursing, active RN license, and board certification (AANP/ANCC).
