Job Title

School Nurse LPN

Monday - Friday:
School Hours (with potential for bus rides or after school needs)

Pay : $38 / hour

We are currently seeking compassionate LPNs to provide 1:1 nursing care for a student in a school setting. In this role, you will monitor health conditions, administer medications, and ensure your student's safety throughout the school day.

• G-tube and feeding tube care, tracheostomy and ventilator management, diabetes care, seizure monitoring, and other specialized nursing needs.
• Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

• LPN License issued by NYS
• Must have 6 months bedside nursing experience
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to work independently in a school setting
• Communicate with families , school staff , and healthcare providers
