Rate increase valid for caregivers submitted during May and start in June

The schedule is flexible that you can start earlier in the day and also get 3 assessments per day versus 2 visits. You can also work on weekends.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of home-based healthcare experience within the last 10 years
, including one or more of the following:

• Field work with a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA)

• Work with a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA)

• Experience with
  Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) programs

• Conducting home-based patient assessments (e.g., OASIS)

• Providing primary care to homebound patients

• Care management for individuals receiving home and community-based services
  , hospice, or assisted living

• Home care experience as an LPN or Home Health Aide caring for at least 2 patients per week
