As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll be part of Covelo Group's internal Clinical Services team, working alongside our Director of Clinical Services to support, mentor, and develop the nurses who provide healthcare in school settings. Rather than being assigned to one campus, you'll help strengthen nursing practice across multiple school districts through clinical guidance, training, quality improvement, and hands-on support.
This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys coaching others, solving clinical challenges, and making a broader impact than they could in a traditional bedside role.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for school nurses and healthcare staff
- Provide day-to-day clinical guidance, consultation, and mentorship
- Support the onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development of nursing staff
- Lead CPR certification, clinical skills validation, and competency assessments
- Visit school sites to provide hands-on clinical support, education, and coaching
- Assist with student healthcare plans, specialized procedures, documentation, and clinical best practices
- Partner with the Director of Clinical Services to improve quality, compliance, policies, and clinical programs
- Participate in hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional development for nursing staff
- Collaborate with school districts and internal leadership to ensure high standards of clinical care
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, training, and patient outcomes
What You'll Bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous leadership experience as a Nurse Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Clinical Educator, Lead RN, or similar role
- Strong clinical judgment and confidence supporting other healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel to school sites throughout the assigned region
- Experience in school nursing, pediatrics, public health, or community health is a big plus
