Pager Health is seeking a full-time, remote Registered Nurse to join the Nurse Navigator team in the Telehealth triage center. The RN will support patients via messaging, video, phone, and email, document in EMR, and follow triage protocols to connect patients with appropriate care.
Qualified candidates have 2+ years of hospital experience, an ADN, and an active compact RN license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus.
