Heart Failure RN – Heart Failure Monitoring

• Provide bedside care in the hospital setting
• Manage new and follow-up visits in the outpatient clinic
• Conduct occasional remote work from home
• Commit to the heart failure population
• Exhibit excellent clinical judgment
• Work independently with high self-motivation and dedication to patient outcomes

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
• Current Minnesota RN License required
• BSN or MSN preferred
• BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
• National Certification in Advanced Heart failure within 24 months preferred.
• 1 year of recent cardiology work (i.e., critical care nursing, heart catheterization, emergency room) preferred.
• 2 years of experience working in a cardiovascular disease program preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Sufficient knowledge to recognize abnormal laboratory data and other diagnostic testing results

Demonstrates expertise in bedside care and outpatient management, with a strong commitment to heart failure patient outcomes. Holds relevant nursing qualifications and certifications, ensuring high standards of clinical judgment and communication.

• Current Minnesota RN License
