Complex Care Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for per diem assignments to conduct remote home and in-person visits across Nebraska, including Howard County. Providers will spend about an hour with each member to assess needs, review health status, gaps in care, and plan appropriate interventions.
Candidates must hold ANCC or AANP certification, maintain CPR, and have an active license. Remote work, own EHR access, and HIPAA compliance are required; bi-lingual skills are a plus.
