Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO seeks a TEMPORARY Remote Outpatient RN Case Manager to assist outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum, to include prior authorizations.
Temporary position is from Mid-September to Mid-December.
Schedule:
40-hours per week; remote work available with a preference for applicants based in Colorado. Non-benefited temporary role with a defined project window.
