Hospice RN Administrator

Gentiva is seeking a Hospice RN Administrator to lead and manage hospice operations, ensuring high-quality, compassionate home-based end-of-life care. In this role, you will oversee clinical teams, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. You will manage staffing, budgets, and performance metrics while promoting a culture of dignity, empathy, and teamwork. The Administrator partners with physicians, social workers, and families to support patient goals, drive clinical excellence, and continuously improve care delivery in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day hospice clinical and administrative operations
• Oversee and support interdisciplinary care teams delivering home-based hospice services
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations, accreditation standards, and Gentiva policies
• Develop, implement, and monitor care quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development for nursing and support teams
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and families on individualized care plans
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
• Foster a culture of compassion, dignity, and teamwork aligned with Gentiva's mission
• Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and documentation accuracy
• Participate in strategic planning and growth of hospice services in the region
