CVS Health is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to support members across multiple states in a remote role. You will work telephonically with patients and care teams, applying guidelines and care plans to optimize benefits and outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years ICU/ hospital RN experience, an active multistate license (NLC) or state licenses, and experience with oncology. A bilingual Spanish preference and a nursing degree (Diploma/Associate) are valued.
