Hope West is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse in Montrose, CO, for a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm. You will deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in home settings, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve goals of care.
A 10K sign-on bonus is offered. Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience is preferred; current CO RN license and CPR certification are required.
