Location: Steelville
Legacy Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Visit Registered Nurse (VRN) to join our team in Fredericktown, MO. You will provide essential home-based hospice care, supporting patients and families while coordinating with the RN Case Managers and interdisciplinary team.
The role requires active RN licensure in the employing state, and CHPN/BSN is preferred. A minimum of one year in hospice is expected, with BLS certification and a valid drivers license.
