The US Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) to join the Home Based Primary Care Program at Corporal Michael J Crescenz VAMC in Philadelphia, PA. The NP will perform home visits to Veterans and assess home safety including environmental and psychosocial factors.
Applicants must hold an NP degree with appropriate licensure and board certification, and be able to travel extensively in the community.
