Salary: $120,000 Annually

We are seeking a strong and highly proactive Nurse Practitioner to provide remote overnight clinical coverage for approximately 6–7 healthcare facilities/buildings.

This position requires someone who takes ownership of the overnight workload. The provider will work closely with nursing supervisors at each facility, review patients requiring attention, address clinical concerns throughout the night, and ensure that all encounters and interventions are properly documented.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote overnight coverage for approximately 6–7 assigned facilities
• Proactively communicate with nursing supervisors at each facility
• Review patients requiring follow-up, evaluation, or clinical intervention
• Respond to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate medical guidance
• Review medications, labs, symptoms, and other clinical information as needed
• Provide orders and treatment recommendations within scope of practice
• Follow up on outstanding patient issues throughout the shift
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation for every patient encounter
• Ensure appropriate handoff and communication regarding significant clinical issues
• Be consistently available and responsive throughout the overnight coverage period

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Medicaid and Medicare approved/enrolled
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to make independent decisions
• Must be proactive and comfortable managing multiple facilities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Must be dependable and consistently available throughout the overnight shift
• Previous experience with SNF, long-term care, primary care, on-call coverage, or remote patient management strongly preferred

• $120,000 annual salary
