Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Maine to join our remote care team, delivering neurologic and memory care services via telehealth. This role partners with physicians to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
You will conduct assessments, develop and manage care plans, educate patients and families, and maintain compliant EMR documentation while collaborating with neurologists and the broader care team.
