Acrisure is seeking a Utilization Review Nurse, LPN, to evaluate treatment requests and ensure injured workers receive appropriate care under clinical guidelines. The role reviews medical information, applies guidelines, and refers to physicians as needed.
This is a hybrid position with two days in the Bradenton office and three days remote. Ideal candidates have an active LPN license, multistate eligibility, and experience in utilization review or workers' compensation.
