Alignment Health is seeking a Remote Spanish bilingual Complex Care RN who must reside in the South Bay, CA area. You will serve as the clinical quarterback for high-risk Medicare Advantage members, coordinating care virtually and coordinating with clinicians to ensure timely, appropriate care.
Bring 3+ years of RN experience in complex care, with strong telehealth skills, HEDIS/HCC knowledge, and CA licensure. ADN required; BSN preferred; BLS certified.
