Call 4 Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for remote triage across multiple states. You'll perform telephone triage, document in EHR, and provide clinical assessments from a home-based workspace.
Requires Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing, 2–4 years RN experience (ER/urgent care or ICU), active compact license, willingness to obtain additional state licenses, and proficiency with two or more EHR platforms. Remote role with both weekday and weekend coverage.
