Chapters Health System in Florida seeks a Resource Nights & Weekend Nurse Practitioner to deliver fully remote serious illness care management to patients and families across our continuum of care, including hospice and palliative services.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospice/palliative or acute inpatient care, holds a Master's or Doctoral NP degree, national certification, and active licensure with prescriptive authority. BLS and compact RN license by start date are required.
