Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Connecticut to join our virtual care team. This remote, patient-facing role delivers care to infusion patients and collaborates with physicians to increase access and reduce time to treatment.
You will conduct telehealth assessments, develop care plans for neurological conditions and memory disorders, educate patients and families, and maintain EMR documentation, all while working from home in CT.
