• Provide primary and family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
• Perform routine examinations, order diagnostic tests, and coordinate patient care plans with healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and conduct health screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management.
• Carry out administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, verifying insurance, and collecting payments.
• Manage patient appointments, facilitate follow-up, and ensure positive health outcomes.

• Schedule:
  
  37.5 hours/week, three weekdays, and every other weekend.
• Remote work:
  Able to work remotely within a clinical team environment.
• Environment:
  In-person role, onsite as needed.

• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification and State of Employment license for Advanced Practice Nurse role.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
