Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Connecticut for a remote, patient-facing neurology and memory care role. You will deliver telehealth care to Local Infusion patients and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to improve access to treatment.
Applicants should have 2+ years in neurology/memory/dementia settings, strong clinical judgement, and excellent communication with patients and caregivers. Connecticut licensure is required for remote CT work.
