Telehealth Nurse Practitioner | Remote

Syntrillo is a digital health company that combines wearables and telemedicine to provide the next generation of neurological care. Our primary focus is secondary stroke prevention but we also care for patients with migraine, cognitive impairment, and other stroke risk factors.

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner to help us address the growing demand of patients located in Virginia. This is a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time (25 to 40 hours per week).

What the role requires:

• Active, unencumbered NP license in Virginia.
• National FNP certification through AANPCB or ANCC, current and in good standing
• Previous neurology experience or outpatient primary care/preventative care experience

Preferred but not required:

• Stroke or general neurology experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Additional licensure in Florida, Georgia, and/or Tennessee
• General neurology or stroke experience
• Can start within 2-4 weeks of being hired
