** About the Role
** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a fantastic practice. As a key medical team member, you will oversee patient care, screenings, and health operations while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines.

** Key Responsibilities**   – Provide patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations   – Oversee medical screenings and assessments of patients   – Ensure compliance with FDA, NCQA, and OSHA regulations   – Train staff on medical protocols and best practices   – Address patient health concerns and provide medical guidance   – Implement safety and health protocols for staff and patients
** Qualifications & Requirements**   – Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice   – Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)   – 5+ years of experience in a medical leadership role   – Experience in plasma or blood collection facilities (preferred)   – Strong knowledge of NCQA, FDA, and OSHA regulations   – Experience in clinical protocol development and healthcare financial management   – Proficiency in healthcare information systems and technologies   – Excellent communication, leadership, and discretion skills
