Position: Telemedicine Family Nurse Practitioner | Remote / Branson, MO

Join our team. Dream big. And achieve more than you thought possible.
We're an innovative e-comm and healthcare brand building something big and straightforward: the best place for those over 45 to get real health care that helps them feel strong, healthy, and happy as they get older.

Help Build the Future of Women’s Health

We’re hiring board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners to provide thoughtful, personalized care at scale for women 45+ navigating hormone, metabolic, and weight-related changes.
Currently we are looking for remote and/ or teammtes seeking to work in person in our Branson, MO location

Our patients want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident as they age. Many have already been told their labs are “fine,” offered an antidepressant, or left with no one managing the actual problems. They come to us with real concerns: hormonal changes, weight gain, fatigue, low energy, and the frustration of not feeling like themselves.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized care plans, manage follow-ups, review labs, respond to asynchronous clinical requests, and prescribe treatments when medically appropriate, legally permitted, and within your scope of practice.

Our platform supports care across:

  • GLP-1-based weight management
  • Testosterone and HRT (when clinically appropriate)
  • Metabolic and longevity care
  • Peptide therapies
  • [Next] Suboxone medication-assisted treatment, as we expand this service

This is a remote, high-accountability role for a clinician who can move with urgency without sacrificing sound judgment, thorough documentation, or patient safety.

You’ll have the technology, workflows, administrative support, pharmacy coordination, and patient-care infrastructure to focus on what matters most: caring for patients and solving problems.

We are not looking for someone who wants to simply clock in, complete tasks, and wait for instructions.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Genuinely cares about patients and treats them like individuals.
  • Is comfortable managing a high-volume telehealth queue.
  • Follows proven protocols while exercising independent clinical judgment.
  • Responds quickly and communicates clearly.
  • Takes ownership of problems instead of passing them along.
  • Speaks up when a workflow or protocol needs improvement.

    Executes direction without constant supervision.
  • Is humble, coachable, and serious about becoming excellent.

Join us if you want meaningful responsibility, a fast learning curve, and the opportunity to help build a healthcare company that patients genuinely trust.

Responsibilities
  • Provide at least 20 hours per week of scheduled clinical coverage, including video visits, asynchronous care, and EHR/CRM support
  • Review and approve patient intake forms, medical histories, lab results, and treatment requests within your licensed scope.
  • Evaluate patients and make independent clinical decisions based on their history, symptoms, medications, allergies, labs, and clinical presentation.
  • Prescribe, adjust, renew, or discontinue medications when medically appropriate, legally permitted, and within your scope of practice.
  • Support patient care across metabolic health, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, and other approved service lines.
  • Respond to patient questions and clinical concerns
  • Provide clear instructions regarding medication use, dosage, administration, potential side effects, contraindications, and follow-up requirements.
  • Conduct follow-up visits and monitor patient progress, treatment response, adherence, and safety
  • Communicate effectively with care coordinators, pharmacies, and other members of the team.
  • Help us improve the patient experience by identifying recurring problems and proposing practical solutions.
Qualifications
  • An active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.
  • Active, unrestricted licenses in multiple states
  • Active DEA license
