• Assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, and monitor patient health using electronic health records.
• Perform routine assessments, vital sign monitoring, and manage patient access to healthcare resources.
• Conduct medication reviews, mental health assessments, and document medical histories accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment.

On-site as needed, with full-time clinic hours including every other weekend. Work schedule includes shifts between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours. Remote work not applicable; in-person, patient-facing role. Position involves compliance with safety sensitive protocols and clinic environment standards.

• Valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certifications in BLS and proof of LVN license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
