Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Connecticut to join our virtual care team. This remote, patient-facing role delivers neurology and memory care services to Local Infusion patients, collaborating with physicians to improve access and accelerate treatment.
You will conduct telehealth assessments, develop care plans, and manage treatment in partnership with supervising physicians, while educating patients and families and maintaining EMR documentation.
