Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist to join our team in Topeka, Kansas. In this role, you will help prepare employees for success by delivering engaging training, supporting new-hire onboarding, and ensuring team members have the knowledge and skills needed to meet program and client expectations.

The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator who enjoys helping others learn, can adapt training to different learning styles, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid-remote position in Topeka, KS.
