Alternate Solutions Health Network, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Triage Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care remotely, enabling patients to spend quality time with loved ones in their preferred environment.
You will triage calls, provide symptom management guidance and coordinate patient-care interventions, working a 2-week rotation including after-hours, weekends and holidays. Requires multi-state RN licensure (OH/MI) and hospice experience.
