Boundless Home Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our remote team. You will create and manage individualized plans of care, observe patient needs, and communicate effectively to support patient well-being.
You'll coordinate care with colleagues, administer medications, document changes, and maintain accurate records. A valid RN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and a driver's license are required; prior RN experience is preferred.
