Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for home-based patient care in the 76208 area. Schedule includes evenings and nights (7pm-7am) with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Training for acuity such as feeding tubes and med administration is provided.
Your role will support pediatric and adult patients at home, delivering compassionate care with a focus on safe outcomes and documentation using a tablet in each patient’s home.
