Sentara Medical Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in managing complex patients with chronic pain to join their innovative outpatient Pain Management team in Norfolk, VA.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing pain management program and play an active role in shaping and expanding services. Providers benefit from hands-on training and mentorship in specialty care and minor procedures, making it an excellent fit for both experienced APPs and new graduates seeking to develop specialized skills. Based at Sentara Fort Norfolk, the practice offers access to multiple large procedure rooms with room for future expansion.

Position Highlights:
- Location:
301 Riverview Avenue Norfolk, VA 23510 - Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00-4:30p - No call responsibilities
- See an average of 20 patients per day
- Perform trigger point and joint injections
- Join a collaborative team of 2 Physicians and 1 APP
