This autonomous, patient‑focused role offers panel ownership, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

- Provide in‑home primary care to geriatric patients

- Average 6-8 patient visits per day
- Autonomous practice with collaborative team support
- Travel reimbursement provided
- Home care and geriatric experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of APC experience preferred
- Competitive compensation, CME allowance, retirement benefits, malpractice coverage, and ESPP
- NP or PA with Massachusetts licensure (or ability to obtain)
- National Board Certification
- BLS certification required
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
