Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator - Part Time - Registered Nurse

About This Role

As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator at CVS Health, you will utilize your clinical skills to educate patients and their caregivers about Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies, providing infusion training and clinical support.

• Pay: $29.10 - $62.32 per hour
• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24-25 hours/week
• Residency: Candidates must reside within Phoenix Metro Area
• Travel: Localized travel required within the state of Arizona

• Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of care.
• Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one-on-one setting.
• Participate in on-call as the business needs.
• Travel to visit patients, with most patients living within a three-hour drive of Phoenix.
• Work from home approximately 10-20% of the time when not traveling.

• Education: RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
• Experience: Two years of experience in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions, or two years of high-tech home infusion experience.
