DescriptionThe Clinical Nurse provides direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients across the continuum of care. The role requires rapid clinical assessment, sound judgment, and adherence to professional nursing standards in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. The Clinical Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates patient-centered care, safeguards patient rights, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Practice is aligned with organizational values, quality improvement principles, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing;
- licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- BSN preferred.
- Hospital/telemetry experience required.
