Position Overview

We are seeking per‐visit PAs and NPs in the South Hills area to provide flexible, low‐volume clinical visits that fit easily into your existing schedule. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, predictable workflows, and meaningful patient relationships. Visits occur in homes, assisted living communities, and adult day programs.

Compensation: Per-visit pay: $55-$70 per completed visit. Annual range shown reflects typical supplemental visit volume

Responsibilities

• Perform wound assessments, staging, and treatment planning
• Complete monthly catheter changes with nursing support
• Deliver care in home‐based and community‐based settings
• Document clearly and consistently in alignment with established standards
• Communicate respectfully with caregivers, families, and facility staff
• Uphold a patient‐centered, dignity‐driven approach to care

Qualifications

• Current PA‐C or CRNP license in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication skills and a patient‐centered approach
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling
• Comfort with low‐acuity, predictable visit workflows
• Reliable transportation for community‐based visits
