The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for delivering new employee orientation, providing ongoing clinical education to both new and seasoned clinical staff, and partnering with the Compliance and Quality team to translate audit findings into targeted education for frontline clinicians. This position works closely with market Clinical Directors to ensure continuity of clinical standards and align education priorities with operational realities across all Ennoble Care markets.
This is a newly created position designed to establish a dedicated clinical education function within the organization. The Clinical Nurse Educator ensures that orientation and clinical education are delivered by education professionals rather than compliance leadership, enabling the Compliance Department to focus on its core regulatory and quality mandate.
Essential Functions New Employee Orientation- Own and deliver the weekly New Employee General Orientation program across all markets (delivered virtually).
- Manage orientation logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and coordination with HR and IT for onboarding components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve orientation content based on new hire feedback, regulatory changes, and audit findings.
- Track orientation completion and competency assessment results, reporting to compliance leadership.
- Provide ongoing clinical education and competency development to seasoned clinical staff across all markets, ensuring continued compliance with documentation standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver targeted education modules in response to identified trends, audit findings, regulatory updates, and clinical practice changes.
- Create and maintain clinical education materials, reference guides, competency assessments, and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver education through virtual platforms, with in-person sessions at market locations as needed.
- Track and report on clinical education hours, participation, and competency outcomes.
- Partner with the Clinical Compliance and Audit team to review audit findings and identify clinical education opportunities.
- Translate audit findings — from both internal audits and external reviews (TPE, CERT, UPIC) — into actionable education plans for frontline clinical staff.
- Support QAPI initiatives by delivering education related to active Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs).
- Participate in compliance meetings and contribute to the development of corrective action plans where education is a required component.
- Work closely with market Clinical Directors to identify education needs, assess clinical competency gaps, and align education priorities with market-level operational realities.
